Design a ordering and dashboard system for buyers in health systems to restock pharmacy locations, track rebate progress, and more.
This project was the result of a series of Design Sprints ran with [CLIENT NAME REDACTED] Quackerson in order to test a few ideas they had been thinking about. This particular software would be the first of its kind in the pharmtech industry, combining ordering, inventory management, business goals, and Smart recommendations so that buyers in health systems can make data driven decisions about their stock and ordering.
This project was the result of a series of Design Sprints ran with [CLIENT NAME REDACTED] Quackerson in order to test a few ideas they had been thinking about. This particular software would be the first of its kind in the pharmtech industry, combining ordering, inventory management, business goals, and Smart recommendations so that buyers in health systems can make data driven decisions about their stock and ordering.

Understanding a very specific industry is such a short time was an awesome challenge to approach. Early wireframes and feedback helped solidify the data needed and displayed correctly on the screens. Upon the first round of user research, we expanded the solution to include data driven suggesting, or "Smart Recommendations". After the second round of testing, we were able to more clearly define and solve for the business goals portion of the software.

After both rounds of testing and clearer defined requirements (what makes this product interesting and competitive, not just acceptable) we helped with a series of presentation summaries and epic proposals following. This project received approval for funding for 2024 🎉

Outcomes:
We tested with multiple rounds of customers for feedback and iterations of the prototype. We completed a Google Ventures Design Sprint and took an idea and made it a testable prototype.
